pkbd Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in this document have the meanings set out below:

• "pkbd" or "Platform" — The pkbd.lat website and all services connected to it.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who is registered on the pkbd platform and uses its services.
• "Account" — The personal profile created by registering on pkbd.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — The amount of money placed to participate in any game or sports market.
• "Bonus" — A promotional reward offered by pkbd, subject to specific conditions.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the currency used on this platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the pkbd platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must register using your own accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled and balances being forfeited.
• Your account is strictly personal — placing bets on behalf of a third party or using third-party funds is prohibited.
• pkbd may request a national identity card or other documents at any time for verification purposes.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Maintaining the security of your pkbd account is your own responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Keep your login details (username and password) confidential and never share them with anyone else.
• Report any unauthorized access to your account to pkbd support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• pkbd will never ask for your password via email or message — any such communication may be fraudulent.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to financial transactions on pkbd:

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit. Deposits via third parties are prohibited.
• Funds will not be available for use until pkbd confirms the deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings related to bonuses (see Section 5 for details).

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

pkbd offers bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. The rules regarding these are as follows:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳42,000.
• The welcome bonus can be received only once and applies per account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• A 10x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you may withdraw bonus winnings after placing ৳20,000 in bets.
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• The specific terms of any promotional offer will be stated on that offer's page and supplement these general terms.

5.3 Bonus Misuse

• If misuse of the bonus system, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or any fraudulent activity is detected, pkbd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be observed when betting and gaming on the pkbd platform:

• All bets are considered final. A bet cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been placed, unless pkbd considers it under special circumstances.
• In the event of issues caused by technical errors or disconnection, the data recorded in pkbd's system will be considered final.
• If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or altered, settlement of that bet will follow pkbd's current policy.
• pkbd reserves the right to cancel bets placed by taking advantage of incorrect odds or technical errors.
• Bets connected to match-fixing or any other fraudulent activity will be cancelled and the associated account may be suspended.

7 VIP Program

pkbd has a three-tier VIP program for loyal players. The rules of this program are as follows:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

You can advance to a higher tier through continued active participation. Cashback is paid each week according to a set schedule. pkbd reserves the right to change the VIP program rules at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkbd platform:

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Conducting transactions using third-party funds or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Hacking another user's account or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Identifying and exploiting any technical vulnerability in pkbd's system for personal gain.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving indecently toward other users.

If any of the above activities are detected, pkbd may immediately suspend or cancel that account and forfeit all balances.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

pkbd gives the highest importance to protecting your personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology, which keeps all your transactions and personal information secure.

• The personal information you provide will be used only for account management, identity verification, and processing financial transactions.
• Your personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required by legal obligation.

10 Responsible Betting

pkbd always encourages responsible betting. We believe that betting should be an entertainment activity.

• This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• Do not bet beyond your means — only bet money whose loss will not have an adverse effect on your livelihood.
• If you notice signs of betting addiction, take a break on your own or contact pkbd support.

11 Account Suspension and Cancellation

pkbd reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process or providing false information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period (in accordance with the inactive account policy).
• The user themselves submitting a request to close the account.

Users may also request account closure at any time through pkbd support. Any valid balance at the time of closure (withdrawable under the rules) will be returned.

12 Limitation of Liability

pkbd bears no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or third-party network issues.
• Loss caused by problems with the user's own device or software.
• Temporary service disruption due to unexpected technical errors.
• Technical issues originating from third-party game providers themselves.

pkbd always strives to ensure a safe and reliable platform, but it is not possible to guarantee completely uninterrupted service.

13 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between pkbd and a user, follow the process below:

1. First, contact pkbd's support team directly — report the issue via live chat or email ([email protected]).
2. The support team will review your complaint and endeavor to provide a resolution in a timely manner.
3. If the matter is not resolved, it can be escalated to pkbd's senior management team.

pkbd takes every complaint seriously and is committed to a fair resolution.

14 Changes to Terms

pkbd reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Regarding changes:

• Updated terms will be published on the pkbd.lat website and will take effect from the date of publication.
• For significant changes, pkbd will endeavor to notify users via email.
• Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you may submit a request to close your account.
